Your house is nearly ready... In order to give you time to prepare, we will provide you 30 days' notice in writing before taking possession of your home. Normally, the date is chosen after the work is finished. You will get a Statement of Adjustments, which lists any alterations, around two weeks prior to taking ownership.
Your anticipated date has arrived! Please be mindful to settle with banks and attorneys in order to minimise delays. Once you've finished these last stages, you may relax in your new home.
